Where is my ordre?

You will find your tracking number in the email we send once your order has been dispatched.

I have not received an order confirmation.

It may take up to 24 hours for you to receive a confirmation email, so please wait. If you have not received it after 24 hours, please contact our customer service at:support@tryless.dk

I entered the wrong email address.

We cannot change your email address once your order has been placed, but our customer service team can help resend everything to the correct email address.

I entered the wrong delivery address.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible regarding this. If the order has already been processed, we unfortunately cannot change the address for you.

Haven't received a shipping confirmation?

You will automatically receive an email when your package has been dispatched. Please note that some products have a longer delivery time (pre-orders). If a product in your order has a longer delivery time, your entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

Where is my package being shipped from?

All items are shipped from Denmark (Denmark is part of the EU – no customs duties within the EU).

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, the delivery time may vary.
Denmark: 1-3 business days.
Europe: 2-5 business days.
Rest of the world: 5-8 business days.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

If you live in a country that is a member of the EU/EEA, you do not have to pay customs duties. Countries outside the EU/EEA will be subject to customs duties.

I would like to cancel my order.

It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been packed and shipped.
