Where is my package?

You will find your tracking number in the email we send when your order has been shipped.

Where will my package be shipped from?

All our goods are shipped from Køge, Denmark (Denmark is part of the EU - no customs duties in the EU).

I haven't received an order confirmation?

It may take up to 24 hours before you receive a confirmation email, so please wait. If you have not received it after 24 hours, please contact our customer service: support@tryless.dk

Please check if you have written the correct email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, the delivery time varies.
Denmark: 1-3 working days.
Europe: 2-5 business days.
Rest of the world: 5-8 business days.

*Does not apply to pre-orders.

Did I write the wrong email address?

We cannot change your email address once you have placed an order, but our customer service can help you resend it to the correct email address.

I wrote the wrong delivery address?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible regarding this. If the order has already been processed, we are unfortunately unable to change the address for you.

Not received delivery confirmation?

You will automatically receive an email when your package has been shipped.

Please note that some products have a longer delivery time (pre-orders).

If a product in your order has a longer delivery time, your entire order will be shipped when all the products in your order are in stock.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

No. If you live in a country that is a member of the EU/EEA, you do not have to pay customs duties. Countries outside the EU/EEA must pay customs duties.

I would like to cancel my order?

The order cannot be cancelled once it has been packed and shipped. If your order has not been shipped, it can be cancelled by quickly contacting support@tryless.dk

Bra systems and sizes

What is the difference between our bra systems?

I have designed two different bra systems. They both provide the same level of support, coverage and push-up, but feel different on the body:

  1. Strapless Bra System – This system has 3 layers of fabric and includes built-in shapewear. It gives a more structured feel and feels a bit thicker against the skin.

  1. External Bra System – This system uses only one layer of fabric. It is designed to be ultra-light and soft against the skin and stomach.

It's ultimately about personal preference and what fit you want.

What top size should I choose?

If you are between two sizes, I always recommend the smaller one, as the tops are a bit on the large side.

Should you still receive the wrong size, I offer free exchanges on all orders.

What pillow size should I choose?

Normally in a regular bra you have to look at two things: cup and circumference . But - in my tops it's much simpler - you only have to look at the cup size.

The reason for this is that we already have control over the circumference in the top size itself.

The tops have no underwire, which is why the cup size is not as important as in a regular bra.

The tops' built-in bra system provides support for your bust, and the function of the pads is to provide volume and 100% coverage.

Quick overview of pillow sizes:

  • If you use between A–C cups → choose an M-pad Shop pads
  • If you use between D–E cups → choose an L-pad Shop pads
  • If you use between F–G cups → choose an XL pillow Shop pillows
  • If you use between H–I cups → choose an XXL pillow Shop pillows

The cushions in sizes M–XL fit all top sizes.

The XXL pillows fit top sizes M–XL.
You need to add

A standard pillow is included for all sizes. See which sizes here:
XXS-S tops = M pillow included
ML tops = L pillow included

What swimsuit size should I choose?

The swimsuits are small in size. The reason for this is a little less stretch than our tops.

If you are between sizes, or have a long torso, I recommend going up one size for the best possible fit.

Problems with support?

This may be because you ordered a top that is too large. If it fits loosely around the chest/body, we recommend exchanging it for a smaller size for free. Create this in the portal here
