RETURN & EXCHANGE PORTAL

Your return or exchange will not be accepted if:

1.1 The 14-day return period has expired.

1.2 The item(s) are not securely packaged and have been damaged during transport.

1.3 The item(s) are not in their original condition and show any signs of perfume, makeup, smoke/smell, or similar.

1.4 The hangtags are removed or damaged

I don’t have a return slip or return label.

To protect the environment, we do not include a return slip in the packages. If you wish to exchange or return, please do so via our online return and exchange portal.

We will send a label via email within 3 business days, which you can either print or write the label-less code on your package with a marker.

How do I make an exchange?

In case of an exchange, return shipping is free.
1. Create your exchange and select the new size via the return portal.
2. Provide your order number and the email used for the original purchase.
3. Once we receive your return, your exchange order will be sent as soon as possible.

How do I make a return?

Follow these steps:

  1. Complete your return on our return portal.
  2. Pack your items securely. Preferably, use the same bag in which we sent your items. Do not use a larger bag or box, as this may incur an additional fee.
  3. Print or write your label-less code on the bag (found in the top left corner of your label).
  4. Drop off your return package at the nearest parcel shop.

Does it cost anything to make a return?

If you regret your purchase. Please contact our support for return cost information. It depends on your country. You are welcome to send the package yourself at no additional cost – follow the guide below. If you wish to exchange for a different size, we do this free of charge. The amount for the return will be adjusted upon refund.

I don't have a printer.

Our labels are print-free. If you choose our labels in the portal, they will come with a label-less code in the bottom left corner. You can choose whether to print it or write the code clearly on your package. It is your responsibility to ensure that DAO can read your code, so make sure to write it clearly.
Tip: write the code like this: xxx-xxx-xxx.

How do I know if my return has arrived?

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days (from the day the return arrives at our warehouse) for your return to be processed. Once it has been processed, you will receive an email. In the meantime, you can track your return using the tracking number provided with your label.

Tilbagebetaling gennemføres med samme betalingsmiddel, som du benyttede ved købet.

Tilbagebetaling til gavekort

Hvis du vælger denne mulighed, vil det fulde beløb blive refunderet, og du skal ikke betale for din returneringen. Har du valgt denne metode kan pengene ikke refunderes efterfølgende.

Du har ret til én gratis ombytning. For yderligere ombytninger/retur vil fragt- og returfragtgebyrer blive pålagt.

Hvordan bruger jeg mit gavekort?

Ved modtagelse af et gavekort kan det anvendes inden for en periode på op til 3 år.

Når du bestiller et gavekort, vil du modtage en personlig kode via e-mail, som kan benyttes på betalingssiden på vores hjemmeside.

Du har mulighed for én gratis ombytning. Ønsker du yderligere ombytninger/retur til en anden style, størrelse eller produkt, vil der blive opkrævet gebyrer for retur- og fragtomkostninger.

Sending the package yourself?

This is a business address, and the package must be sent accordingly - we do not pick up at a pickup point. Please note that this is not a home delivery but to a business address. We recommend using our return labels (choose this option in the return portal).

Always remember to include a return slip with your name and order number in the package so we can identify it as coming from you. Cancellation must be reported to us via the portal no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment within 10 days at the latest.

Note: You cannot withdraw from the purchase by simply refusing to accept the item - in such cases, you will be charged for shipping and return shipping costs.

Refunds

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive a refund for the amount you paid to us - excluding return shipping costs. Once we have received your return, you will receive an email. It may take up to 10 business days for the amount to be refunded to your account.

We process most returns within 5 business days of receipt. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
